Thank you to everyone who voted for our school in the Inclusive Books for Children’s Golden Book Box competition.

We placed 6th overall, an incredible achievement for our small school in a national competition. Through the teamwork of our whole school community we received over 300 votes! We were delighted to discover this means we have been awarded a set of 10 inclusive books for our school library. IBC is a charity who aim to nurture the next generation of open-minded and inspired young readers, which is perfectly in line with our school ethos to celebrate what we have in common, learn together and grow in understanding of difference.

A big thank you to all the parents who volunteered their time yesterday to w**d. We cleared a huge area in preparation for our sensory garden. The sun shone, and we enjoyed coffee and buns. A good morning was had by all! ☀️🌱🪏

Cranmore are wearing yellow this World Mental Health Day and raising vital funds for YoungMinds
This Hello Yellow we will join thousands of individuals, schools and communities across the country to raise money and show young people that they're not alone with their mental health.
Right now, more than 1 in 4 young people have a probable mental health condition. Many aren't getting the help they need, when they need it. Some don’t even know where to turn, who to talk to, or if anyone else feels the same. But we can change this. By wearing yellow accessories on 9th October for World Mental Health Day, and donating what you can, you can show young people that they are not alone and that things can get better.
Wear it loud. Wear it proud. Because we stand brighter, together.

P6 and P7 had a lovely morning visiting the Life Exhibition at The Bethany Church Finaghy. We always love our visits there and receive a very warm welcome! Thank you for having us!
