Over the past number of years, we have developed our FEED Programme, with support from the Public Health Agency (PHA), ASDA, and RTÉ TOY SHOW Appeal, during its development. The programme, which stands for Fitness, Education, Empowerment and Development, has been successfully delivered to hundreds of young people over the last two years.

We have recently established a new collaboration with Inspire Wellbeing Peace of Mind, and have refreshed the programme to place a greater emphasis on emotional wellbeing. FEED now stands for Fitness, Education and Emotional Development.

This free six-week programme consists of one four-hour session per week and provides young people aged 12 to 25 with learning opportunities in:

Peace of Mind and emotional well-being

Physical education and fitness

Cooking skills

Nutrition

Essential life skills

We are currently fully booked; however, new programme places will become available from mid to late September onwards. Please book early to secure your place on this awesome programme.

We're delighted to announce that we're finally back up and running!

If you'd like more information about our classes and programmes, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Everything we do moving forward will be built around our FEED Programme — a proven approach developed and refined over the past few years.

FEED stands for Fitness, Education, Empowerment, and Development. It provides a comprehensive, wraparound service for both young people and adults, focusing not only on physical and mental wellbeing but also on developing essential life skills and improving employability opportunities.

We have made it our mission to support individuals in building confidence, resilience, and the skills they need to thrive both personally and professionally.

How much of the FEED programmes you or your organisations wish to get involved in is up to you.
