Teachers from Tonagh, Old Warren, Lisburn Central and Knockmore Primary Schools often come together to share ideas and learn from each other. This week, it’s the children’s turn to work together! 🤝
As part of our special Eco Week, tomorrow is ‘Together for Nature’ Day, when our 4 Eco Committees will meet with Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council to take part in some exciting biodiversity activities. 🌼🐝🐦‍⬛
Throughout the week, our school will also be focusing on outdoor learning, helping the community and being healthy, encouraging our children to learn, explore and make a positive difference together. More details will be revealed throughout the week.👀
Four schools. One community. One shared love for our planet. 🌍💚

Our School Council Kindness Ambassadors are excited to lead a whole-school sponsored Skipathon in support of 52 Lives School of Kindness. This fun event will encourage all of our pupils to get active, promote physical and mental wellbeing, and most importantly put kindness into action.

Funds raised will help support kindness education in schools and provide assistance to families and young people in need. We are proud to be part of this national movement celebrating kindness, empathy and community.

Thank you for supporting our Kindness Ambassadors as they continue to make a positive difference in our school and beyond.

Kind regards,
Knockmore Primary School
