So this popped up on my memories.

What a difference 8 years makes.

From humble beginnings in a wee side room in one of the best gyms in the country 💪 Revolution Fitness, Newtownabbey. I can remember how absolutely delighted I was when I had my own sticker on the window!

Fast forward to my beautiful bespoke clinic and training academy in BT9 🥰

Do not let anyone tell you it can’t be done. Don’t let anything hold you back from your dreams. You have one life - live it, be the person you were authentically meant to be.

So grateful to each and every person that has stepped though my doors and I had the privilege of treating for both pain and aesthetics.

Thankfull for the lessons - good and bad because without it there is no growth.

I’ve been pretty quiet recently but I can promise you I am still grinding and working hard in the background. I am excited for the next chapter for both Kaizen and myself. 👩‍🎓

Kaizen - continuous progression in pursuit of perfection 🙌🏾

Lymphatic drainage the KAIZEN way

How’s this for a 30 minute treatment? Client was suffering with tight feeling, swollen, puffy legs.

We started on the right leg and was ASTOUNDED as the difference happened before our very eyes. Finished off with some cryotherapy and lifting gel.

RESULTS - Definition, debloated and delighted - she literally skipped down the road feeling as light as a feather💃🏻

One of our most popular treatments

Cryolipolysis, commonly known as fat freezing, is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure designed to reduce localized fat deposits on the treated area. It works by using controlled cooling to target and freeze fat cells beneath the skin, causing them to crystallise and die. Over time, the body naturally processes and eliminates these dead fat cells, resulting in a more sculpted and contoured appearance. 🧞‍♂️

This treatment is popular for its ability to effectively reduce stubborn fat without the need for surgery or extensive downtime.

Let’s start July the way we mean to go on.
