What a difference 8 years makes.

From humble beginnings in a wee side room in one of the best gyms in the country 💪 Revolution Fitness, Newtownabbey. I can remember how absolutely delighted I was when I had my own sticker on the window!

Fast forward to my beautiful bespoke clinic and training academy in BT9 🥰

Thankfull for the lessons - good and bad because without it there is no growth.

I’ve been pretty quiet recently but I can promise you I am still grinding and working hard in the background. I am excited for the next chapter for both Kaizen and myself. 👩‍🎓

How’s this for a 30 minute treatment? Client was suffering with tight feeling, swollen, puffy legs.

We started on the right leg and was ASTOUNDED as the difference happened before our very eyes. Finished off with some cryotherapy and lifting gel.

RESULTS - Definition, debloated and delighted - she literally skipped down the road feeling as light as a feather💃🏻
