Please keep an eye on the social media pages for updates to our evening classes. Your safest bet will be our morning and lunchtime classes which will continue as normal.
We take our students safety seriously, so will we will not open if travelling is unsafe.

We have had an amazing response to our women's self-defense course starting on the 19th of January and we are now officially full!
We will no longer be accepting any more admittance!
