So insanely proud of this girl! Sienna has been an honour to teach and has just been awarded scholarships to both the Royal Academy of Music in London and the Royal Northern in Manchester. I'm so excited to see how her career unfolds and I'm making the most of these last 6 months I get to explore more music with her.

Sienna, it has been such a delight to see you blossom from a talented kid into a truly remarkable musician in the last 5 years. From that first lesson just making you move around the room, to hearing you perform solos with CBYO that give me goosebumps, watching your confidence grow and your musicality explode fills me with joy 🎻🎉🥰

A fabulous and inspiring night out on Monday to see the incredible Nicola Benedetti at the Ulster Hall. She was so lovely afterwards, meeting and encouraging this next generation of musicians 🤩🎻🎼

Missing this show this week....honestly my favourite show to be a part of with a cast worthy of the West End. The crew backstage were incredible, making sure everything ran smoothly, the joy of playing with wonderful musicians, and making many new friends made for the most memorable September. Meeting the real-life fiddler, Róisín Skelly, who was diverted on 9/11 and entertained many during her 5 day 'delay' has to be a highlight. Hopefully we'll get to play together soon!
