SUNI's Schools Project - Antrim and Lisburn

It was lovely to join with the congregations of Killead and Loanends PCI at Killead Presbyterian Church this morning for their special service focusing on Education 🏫

Thank you to Rev David Morrison for the invitation to join the service and share prayer points for the year ahead.

It was also wonderful to listen to and be encouraged by Mr Wilson, principal at Antrim Grammar School.

More than 7000 pupils across Northern Ireland received these special lessons and workshops this year! 🤩

In the Antrim & Lisburn District:
725 Primary 7 pupils from 27 classes across 16 schools received 'It's Your Move' 🥳

And at least 28 volunteers from several church fellowships were involved in the delivery of these lessons, either in partnership with us or with their own teams! 💒

Final school engagements of the academic year! 🏫

Yesterday morning was spent at assembly in Antrim Primary School, exploring what the story of Jonah teaches us about embracing change when God is with us 🐋📖

We thought more about Jonah today in Ballymacash Primary School, while also enjoying a super performance from the P7s as they prepare to say goodbye to primary school 🥹🌟

We thank each school we've visited this year for their warm welcome and encouragement! ❤️

💙💛 TEMPLEPATRICK PRIMARY ~ IT'S YOUR MOVE 💛💙

Today was our final It's Your Move session of this academic year, and it was a joy to deliver it at Templepatrick Primary School and Nursery Unit 🥳 Thank you to Principal, Mr Dunlop, and the P7 teachers for your warm welcome!

Another big thank you to Graeme Read, Moderator's Assistant at Templepatrick Presbyterian Church, for partnering with us. The Church also kindly gifted each pupil with an IYM book ❤️

It has been a privilege to share from God's Words with P7s across the district, as we explored the changes, choices and challenges associated with the move to post-primary school 📖🏫

Over the past couple of days Pond Park Primary School have had an after school Bible Club lead by a team of wonderfully faithful staff members 📖🌟

It was a joy to explore God's Word with the boys & girls today, focusing on how God never changes ❤️

Songs, memory verses and a range of creative prayer stations - what a great way to spend an afternoon!
