As we come to the end of another successful academic year at Mercy College, I would like to take this opportunity to thank our entire school community for making this year such a positive and rewarding one.

To our pupils, thank you for your commitment, enthusiasm and hard work throughout the year. You have embraced every opportunity with courage, kindness and determination, reflecting the Mercy values that are at the heart of our school.

To our dedicated staff, thank you for your tireless commitment, professionalism and care. Your unwavering support and dedication to our young people make Mercy College the special place that it is.

To our parents and carers, thank you for your continued encouragement, partnership and trust. Your support plays a vital role in the success and wellbeing of our pupils, and we are truly grateful.

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to our many partner agencies and organisations. Your collaboration, expertise and commitment have enriched the experiences of our pupils and strengthened the support we provide as a school community. We greatly value your partnership.

Mercy College Belfast was delighted to celebrate the creativity, dedication and talent of our pupils through this year’s Art and Design Exhibition, showcasing outstanding work from Year 8 to Year 14.
The exhibition featured an exciting range of artwork, including ceramics, printmaking, textiles, 3D design, and highly skilled observational drawings and technical studies. Each piece reflects the hard work, imagination and artistic development of our pupils throughout the year, highlighting both their growing confidence and their unique creative voices.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to staff who came to view the work and to our parents and families for their continued support of our young artists, A special thank you also goes to our local companies who kindly supported our pupils by supplying materials for the exhibition. Most importantly, we congratulate the pupils whose enthusiasm, perseverance and talent have made this exhibition possible. Their willingness to explore new techniques, challenge themselves creatively and dedicate countless hours to their work is something to be truly proud of.
We hope you enjoyed viewing this wonderful collection of artwork and thank you for joining us in celebrating the achievements of our talented young artists at Mercy College, Belfast.
