Today we celebrate our classroom assistants who make such a positive difference to life in our school. Every day they encourage and support our pupils, helping them grow in confidence and achieve their very best. Their kindness, patience and dedication never goes unnoticed, and we are so grateful for the care and support they provide to both children and staff. Thank you for everything you do. Authors of the Month
Throughout October we will be focusing on two authors who will engage pupils across the school. We encourage you to read to or with your children at home each day and foster a life long love of books.

Roots of Empathy came to Knockbreda this week. P5 welcomed their Tiny Teacher, Maeve and her mum Laura. Over the year P5 will be learning a lot from Maeve while enjoying watching her grow and learn. 💗

P6 enjoyed their first Forest School lesson with Mrs Stewart this week. The focus was on Viking weapons with everyone using potato peelers to whittle down sticks to make spears or bows and arrows. Super start to Forest School P6!
