Great work from client , over 20lbs lost, strength up across all exercises and confidence in and out of the gym massively improved 🙌🏻

That’s the fat loss phase complete. Now time to focus on building as much lean muscle as possible in a calorie surplus. Well done Ben proud of you buddy 💪🏻

Absolutely buzzing for this one 👏

Sandra has just hit an incredible milestone — 3 stone and 8lbs to be exact 💪🏻

Life got in the way at times — as it always does — but she never stopped showing up. Even when progress felt slow. Even when it wasn’t perfect.

She stayed consistent. She stayed committed. And it paid off.

Stronger. Fitter. Healthier. More confident 💪

But the real win isn’t just the weight loss — it’s the habits, discipline, and mindset she’s built to keep it off for good.

This is what sustainable progress looks like.

Proud doesn’t even come close 👊

Only 6 weeks between photos, Great results from my client Ben for only 6 weeks training with me💪🏻

Not only has Ben managed to drop 16lbs and add lean muscle, but he has also massively improved his technique and strength across all exercises. Well done Ben we really are only scratching the surface, 6 weeks is nothing! Wait until you see 6 months, consistency is the key 🔑 👀💪🏻
