A massive well done to the Year 7 football team who won their cup match yesterday. There was amazing football played and some screamers scored, but I was impressed most by the excellent sportsmanship shown by our whole team. A great start to the season boys, let’s keep it up! Mr. Moore ⚽️

Carr’s Glen Walking Bus Launches next Wednesday and will occur once a half term. Come join us at the start of one of our buses or join us along the way: Bus 1: From the Traffic lights at the top of Old Park Road led by Mr, Bradley and others Bus 2: From the Cliftonville Circus Roundabout (Boots) led by Mrs. Cleland and others Bus 3: From the Top of Joanmount Gardens/Bus stop opposite boys Model: Led by Mrs. McCarthy and others Your walking bus will leave at 8:30am and starts walking towards the school. The theme is "Be Bright, Be Seen" so feel free to wear or bring something that glows e.g. hi vis jacket, glow stick. Please follow road safety rules while on your bus and let’s step together to make our environment a better place. If our first bus is a success, we hope our next one will be Christmas/Santa Mile themed (more information to come!!) Mrs Cleland

Mr Best’s Year 7s had a fantastic first Forest School session today! They worked in teams to build dens using tarpaulin, bamboo sticks and pegs, using teamwork, creativity and problem-solving to work out the best way forward. 🤝🪵

We even had some helpers from Year 6 who worked alongside Mrs Cleland in tidying up our outdoor space! Thank you!!

A brilliant afternoon of outdoor learning and fun! 🌳💚
