Centre Stage Summer Drama

Back to school is in the shops… but summer isn’t over! Still fun to be had! We have a raffle running for the four days helping us raise some funds to bring our co production with Switch Theatre (Hannah’s venture!) over to Edinburgh Fringe.
There are some lovely prizes to win, days out around Northern Ireland!

💛 Help Us Bring Bold Girls to the Stage This Summer 💛

This summer, Centre Stage is bringing Bold Girls by Rona Munro to the Lyric Theatre, marking the play’s first Northern Irish staging in 36 years.
It’s a powerful, funny and deeply human story told through four women’s voices — and we’d love your help to make it happen.

As many of you know, independent theatre is a labour of love. particularly in Northern Ireland, where arts funding remains among the lowest in the UK and continues to face ongoing cuts and uncertainty.
While ticket sales are now live, they only cover part of the real cost of making a production. Your support through our crowdfunder will go directly towards artist fees, rehearsal space, set, costumes and technical costs, helping us pay people fairly and deliver the production to the standard it deserves.

Colin, Rae and Hannah, are heart broken and lost for words, upon hearing of the death of past pupil, Theo Freeman. Theo was very much part of the Summer Drama team, as a student and as a friend to all of us. He had the Centre Stage spirit from day 1. We are sending love and light to his family and friends and all who are missing him today.

In search of Storage! We are looking for a space, where we can store props & costumes. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.
