My name is Lauren Bingham and I tutor violin/viola, piano and music theory to an advanced level, both privately and in a Belfast grammar school. In collaboration with 'Róise Pilates Belfast' I have been able to share with you a 'setting up' session. Correct posture is vital for pain-free playing. Perfect for beginners and seasoned performers alike. Password will be sent home in your next lesson. Big thanks to Róise, enjoy everyone!
