🤰ANTENATAL WORKSHOP - INFANT FEEDING🤰

⏰6.30pm - 8.00pm
📍Unit 20 Dairy Farm Centre (Beside Colin Sure Start Main Office)

This 90 minute workshop will focus on Infant Feeding Choices and Responsive Parenting.
This workshop will allow antenatal parents to explore feeding choices for their babies.

Topics covered include:

👶 Normal infant feeding behaviour
👶 Breastfeeding
👶 Responsive Feeding
👶 Maternal Wellbeing
👶 Gaining support including partners

Fathers Day Family Event THIS SATURDAY - Still some places available!!

The weather is looking good for our Fathers Day BBQ and family event this Saturday, 11 am up at the Colin Allotments & Healthy Living Centre. Its open to any families registered to Sure Start- if you are new to the area or to Sure Start, this is a perfect event to come along and meet other families and the Sure Start team - its a great informal way to get to know what is available to you here in the Colin area, and for the children to have some great fun, plus our legendary free Barbecue!

👶 BABY MASSAGE GRADUATES 🥳

🩷 These little ones and their mums attended our baby massage program and received their certificates this week.

They enjoyed gentle strokes, songs and best of all getting to spend one on one time with their parents! ⭐️

Its back - our Fathers Day event and famous barbecue returns on Saturday, 20th June from 11 am up at the beautiful Colin Allotments, and we are going all-in for MINIBEASTS!! Lots of fun and creative activities for your 0-4s all about their favourite creepy crawlies - well be making bug hotels, getting into some bug hunts, creating our own minibeasts to take home and a real live reptiles and mini-beasts show!! All finished off with our legendary BBQ. We had a lovely session in baby time this week, little ones had a chance to explore different tastes and textures

🩷Our babytime program is suitable for babies aged 8-10 months, its a great opportunity for parents and babies to experience themed sessions such as; rainbow 🌈 under the sea 🐟 big and little movements🌺 and sensory⭐️

🚌𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗦 𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗦- If you are a non-driving parent and would like to book a space on a bus for one of our trips we are asking that you only book 𝟭 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗣. This is to allow other non-driving families a chance to attend a trip as spaces on the bus are limited.

👧𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦/𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗡 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝟰: Children over 4 (siblings) are welcome to come to summer scheme events provided you have a child under 4 currently registered with us. We cannot have children over 4 booked onto our tips on the bus so please select your own transport when booking. Our events are geared towards under 4's, please consider this if siblings are coming along too ☺️

🤩Our summer activities are free and open to any families who are registered with us, families with children under 4 years old who live in the Colin area. If you're not sure if you are registered with us, just give us a call on 90601417
