Itโ€™s a fantastic achievement in such a prestigious and highly competitive All-Ireland competition, and it follows his recent success in the British BMX Series in June.

Well done, Jacob. Weโ€™re incredibly proud of you! ๐Ÿ‘

A fantastic day of international athletics for Esther Hameen-Smith at the U17 Interprovincials, competing against the best Irish athletes. Esther produced outstanding performances in both sprint events, achieving a new personal best in the 200m and helping Ulster secure a bronze medal in the 4x100m relay.

To compete at this level is a tremendous achievement and Esther continues to be an excellent ambassador for both Lagan College and Irish athletics.

A huge well done to our U13 boys GAA team on a fantastic campaign, reaching the final after topping their group at the blitz earlier this year and securing an excellent quarter final victory over Slemish.

The final at Dunsilly saw the boys come up against a very strong and experienced Sperrin Integrated side who were deserved winners on the day. Hard luck to our lads, who gave everything and can be proud of their efforts throughout the competition.
Special mention to some of our players who had little or no GAA experience before joining Lagan College. Shay Coulter, Pearse Sturgeon and Tom McCall were standout performers throughout. Well done also to Cillian and Niall from Year 8, who stepped up to play above their age group and represented the school brilliantly.

This was a tremendous achievement by the entire squad and one they should be very proud of. The boys represented Lagan College with skill, commitment and determination throughout.
