Today we had Emily Thompson playing harp at our St Patrick’s assembly earlier today. Emily has only been playing the harp for a few months- she’s very good!! Everyone young and old enjoyed the tunes.

This will be our third camp already this year and it’s not even the summer (yet!)
Support for the camps has been great and the pupils seem to really enjoy them.
This camp is open to all children, not just pupils of Forth River Primary.

As the Forth River Family, we are shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic passing of Mason Keilhauer. Mason was part of our school for six years. We would like to express our sincere condolences to Mason’s family and friends at this difficult time.

School closure - Tuesday 27th January
Following guidance from the Education Authority and after consultation with other principals in the Shankill Area Learning Community , we have taken the decision to close Forth River Primary School. This is due to the amber weather warning currently in place for counties Antrim and Down .
As school leaders we have a duty of care to our children , staff and wider community, and we must ensure that no one is placed at unnecessary risk when travelling to and from school .
This decision has not been taken lightly . Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
