Bitcoin as legal currency means it will not be subject to Capital Gains Tax.

This is definitely something to keep an eye on, as if it gets treated like currency there will be no CGT. Its going to get harder to deny its currency status if more countries adopt it, which is definitely possible over the next year.

We’d love to hear your thoughts! (doubly so if you’re an accountant or lawyer!)
