Hey, I’m Jason — welcome to my page! Here’s why I set it up ⬇️

☘️ After 12 years away, I recently moved back to Northern Ireland. It’s been a big exciting challenge, both personally and professionally —pushing me out of my comfort zone and into a new mindset.

(That’s me on the left btw. I included two of my friends in this pic because community is everything to me and integral to being our best selves!)

Let me explain…

🚀 This journey has helped me rediscover my self-confidence, build inner strength, and break through self-doubt and sabotage.

As a result of this, I’m so passionate about helping others do the same. If you’re ready to build confidence, nurture your self-compassion, and be the most authentic version of yourself, I’d love to support you.

A little bit about me…

🫡 I’ve been a social worker for over 10 years and currently manage a child protection team. I’ve met countless numbers of people who are in crisis and helped them navigate through unimaginable challenges.

Everything I do, I undertake with love and devotion — helping, supporting and mentoring others is my vocation. Back in 2016, I was a finalist for Children’s Social Worker of the Year in England and Wales, demonstrating the impact I was able to have in people’s lives.

📚 With two master’s degrees in social work, I’ve undertaken substantial research in the fields of leadership, supporting others, and positive change methodologies. My approach is research-backed and person-centred.

But getting back to my point about community…

I’ve made use of all this learning and experience to establish an online personal development and emotional support space.

🤝 You see, in order to get to the next level in life, you can’t do it alone. There’s a supportive, positive and caring community waiting for you.

Don’t forget to take some time for you. Whether that be reading a book, going for a walk or connecting with a friend.

You need it and you deserve it.

The world can be a pretty cruel and horrible place at times.

Many good people out there are struggling emotionally, financially and spiritually because of the pressures they’re under.

As a social worker for over ten years I know how true this is — working with individuals and families who are in crisis and don’t know where to turn.

I set up this page to send out a message of love, encouragement and support!

I want you to know that you’re not alone and to encourage you to be more self-compassionate.

As a coach I can help you boost your confidence and self-esteem and get on track with your goals.

Being kind and supportive

does NOT mean ignoring your needs, feelings and personal boundaries.

It’s ok to say, no.

Sometimes it’s necessary and that doesn’t make you a bad person
