🌟 On Friday, we were delighted to welcome back Mrs Evans to celebrate her many years of dedication and service to St Teresa’s Nursery School.

A special thank you to Fr Lyons for leading the presentation and for his thoughtful and heartfelt words. We are also grateful to everyone who joined us to make the occasion so special.

It was wonderful to see some of our past pupils return to perform The Butterfly Song for Mrs Evans, creating a truly memorable and emotional moment for all involved.

🦋Settling In at St Teresa's Nursery School🦋

We are so proud of all our wonderful children as they continue to settle into life at St Teresa's Nursery School. Over the past few weeks, we have seen lots of smiles, new friendships, curious minds and growing confidence.

Starting nursery is a big step, and our children have been doing an amazing job exploring their new environment, learning new routines and enjoying lots of fun experiences together.

Thank you to our families for your support and partnership during this important transition. We look forward to the year ahead!

A huge thank you to all of our children, staff, families and wider school community for their hard work and commitment to helping St Teresa's Nursery School follow our Eco Code and care for our environment.

We are thrilled to share that St. Teresa’s Nursery School has been officially recognised as a ‘Being Well, Doing Well’ School!
This award celebrates our commitment to nurturing the health and well-being of our entire school community. We know that children thrive when the adults around them are supported too.
To help promote positive well-being, we will be sharing the Action for Happiness Self-Care Calendar each month with our staff, Board of Governors, and parents/carers. Taking care of our own well-being sets a wonderful example for our children and gives us the energy to navigate the joys and challenges of busy family life.
We hope these small, daily ideas encourage everyone to pause, recharge, and make time for the things that support their happiness and well-being.
Together, by being well, we can help our children do well. 🦋🌟🩷

Celebrating Success! 🎉
What a lovely day celebrating the achievements of schools across Northern Ireland who are committed to promoting emotional health and wellbeing.
We were honoured to receive our Whole School Approach plaque on behalf of St Teresa’s Nursery School. This recognition is a testament to the care, commitment and teamwork of our wonderful staff, as well as the support of our families and community.
At St Teresa’s, we believe that nurturing children's wellbeing is just as important as supporting their learning. We are proud of how far we have come and excited to continue this important work together.

It has been a true privilege to serve St Teresa’s Nursery School over the past 12 years. I leave knowing it is in safe hands, and will continue to grow, thrive and shine in the years ahead 🦋.
