It’s not like some of the other big gyms where I think sometimes you can get lost in some of the different programmes.

Here we go 🚀🚨

We’re excited to welcome Michael to the coaching team at NORTHFIT.

Michael recently joined the team and has already been a great addition to both the coaches and the members.

Bringing over 7 years of coaching experience, Michael has worked with hundreds of men and women of all ages, abilities and goals.

Michael first got into training through sport, wanting to build strength and size to become more competitive. What started as a personal interest quickly grew into a passion for helping others become stronger, healthier and more confident in themselves.

“As a coach, I believe in helping members get the most from every session. There’s plenty of encouragement, attention to detail and a focus on helping each person achieve things they might not have thought possible a few months earlier.”

When asked what attracted him to NORTHFIT, it was our approach to coaching and the community we’ve built around it.

“The combination of personal training, small group sessions and a community-first environment made it stand out straight away. It felt like a place that genuinely puts members first.”

6 Week Fat Loss Challenge

Week 1 done ✅

A great start from everyone involved so far.

The biggest focus for week 1 wasn’t about perfection, it has simply been paying attention. Becoming more aware

✅ Becoming more aware of daily habits.
✅ Getting food tracked and measurable
✅ Making sure training sessions completed.
✅ Identifying where the easy wins are.

For most people, fat loss isn’t about doing more.

It’s about understanding what you’re currently doing and making small changes that you can actually stick to and this is exactly what the guys have been doing so far.

🎱 Members Social Night

This time we went with bingo and, as always, we had a great turnout and plenty of laughs.

These nights are a great opportunity for coaches, members, friends & family to get together for a bit of craic outside the gym. A chance for members to get to know the wider group of members.

And on top of that, we managed to raise over £200+ for the MS Society here in Belfast ❤️

Over the years we’ve linked up with local charities, schools and sports clubs through fundraising, so it’s great to now work alongside the guys at the MS Society Belfast.

We’ll be continuing the fundraising through May & June

The next members social is already in the pipeline 👀
