Drama club offers young people a fun and creative space to build confidence, communication skills, teamwork, imagination, and self-expression while developing performance and social skills through drama activities and games!

Huge shout out to Josie Leigh this Volunteer Week. Josie has grown through our Youth Centre from a young member, to a Senior Member volunteer, and now an amazing adult volunteer.
She is a brilliant role model, a reliable team player, and someone who brings fun, kindness, and positivity everywhere she goes.
Our young people adore her, our staff appreciate her, and we are so grateful for everything she does.

🌞🎨 Summer vibes have officially landed in the Centre!

Our amazing Local Youth Voice group teamed up with our junior members this week to create our brand‑new Summer Noticeboard — and it turned out absolutely brilliant.

The seniors helped the juniors come up with the whole design, from colourful umbrellas and beach balls to the cutest little turtles. Then the Junior members got creative by drawing around their feet and designing their own flip‑flops for the display.

There were laughs, mess, teamwork, and loads of imagination — and the young people were over the moon with how the board looked in the end. 🌴✨

Proud of every single one of them for bringing the sunshine into the Centre! 🌞💛

Our young people were back out for Programme 2 of our Mountain Bike Development journey, focusing on cornering control and taking on a home‑built assault course.

This session was all about refining skills, building confidence, and getting everyone ready for next week’s ride on the tracks. The energy was brilliant and the progress was unreal — they’re really pushing themselves and supporting each other every step of the way.

The Local Youth Voice Team planned and ran a fun scavenger hunt for the junior members. Each Local Youth Voice member led a team and helped the young people solve riddles, act out answers, and find different items while taking photos on the iPads.

Everyone took part, got involved, and worked really well together. There was lots of laughter, teamwork, and creativity throughout the activity, and all the young people said how much they enjoyed it.
