You’ll train alongside my Level 3 students, learn foundational hands-on techniques and experience what professional sports massage training is really like.

This week has been a special one.

We’ve been delivering our very first Level 3 Sports Massage Diploma in Belfast, and it’s been fantastic to watch the students develop in confidence with every practical session.

So far we’ve worked from the feet through to the hips, covering anatomy, assessment and treatment techniques before moving onto the back and upper body.

One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is seeing students realise just how much they’re capable of in such a short space of time.

A huge thank you to this brilliant group for their enthusiasm, professionalism and willingness to learn. 👏

A huge thank you to everyone who attended. It was great to see everyone’s confidence grow over the two days, from learning the fundamentals through to applying techniques safely in a clinical setting.
