𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 : 𝐍𝐢𝐤𝐤𝐢 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐚. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
It’s really easy to focus on the wrong things... ⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
Just last week Nikki told me that in October 2019 she did Cardio everyday for 1 hour, it didn’t have anywhere near the same impact her current approach is having! ⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
People - it’s important to realise that you can work hard in the wrong areas.⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
With Nikki... we’ve taken 4/5 eggs she had in the cardio basket, ⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
And placed 1 each into...⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
Progressive Weight Training. 🥚⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
Caloric Intake Management.🥚⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
Education/Goal Setting.🥚⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
Daily Structure.🥚⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
All the while... making sure everything in that basket is fun, long-term and CLEAR! 🧺 ⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
People, get clarity over that’s important... Don’t struggle all the way to SUMMER 2020 without a clear structure! ⁣⁣⁣

𝗪𝐡𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞? ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Well - The reality is that 90% of people are not happy with the physique they see in the mirror. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Worse than this - many of that 90% don’t have a clue how to take action and fix it. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
- Your Confused⁣⁣
- Your Out of Shape⁣⁣
- & it’s Affecting your Mental Health... ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
All in all - You’ve got to ask yourself, what’s all this going to look like in 5 years if I don’t take action now. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
And this is where Clear Coaching comes in. Work with us for 6 months to a year & we’ll ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1. Make your best ever physique a reality. ⁣⁣
⁣
2. Teach you what’s important & what isn’t with respect to training & nutrition. ⁣⁣
⁣
3. Help you break down your lifestyle misconceptions. ⁣⁣
⁣
4. Show you that bread, Saturday nights and 6 packs can exist in the same lifestyle. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
People - this stuff isn’t as complicated as the internet makes out, it can actually be pretty simple.

5 Fitness Misconceptions “Cleared up” 👇🏻👇🏻🔥⁣⁣
⁣⁣
There’s a LOT of bu****it information out there. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The frustrating thing is that it’s holding people like YOU back from taking action and changing your life. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Let’s dig in ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 #𝟏 ⁣⁣
That Bread is Bad. 🥖 ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Its not. Enjoy it in conjunction with a balanced and calorie controlled diet relative to your goals. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 #𝟐⁣⁣
Breakfast is the Most Important Meal of the Day. Breakfast 🥞 ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Its not. In fact consuming 200-500 calories early in the morning when your not hungry might actually be making your fat-loss journey a little more difficult. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 #𝟑⁣⁣
That if your a female and you lift weights you’ll turn into Dwayne The Rock Johnston with a pony tail. 💪⁣⁣
⁣⁣
You won’t. Girls, You don’t actually have the hormonal profile to build the same amount of muscle as males. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 #𝟒⁣⁣
That the reason your not losing weight is because your in starvation mode. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This is literally so silly, especially considering we live in a world where actual starvation is still so prevalent and the repercussions of that are so evident. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 #𝟓⁣⁣
That eating too much protein will make your kidney’s fall out your arse. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It won’t, recent studies have shown that diets as high as 250-300g of protein don’t actually affect the function of your kidneys. Unless you’ve a pre-existing kidney condition, you’ll be grand. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Let me know which one you took for granted before you read this post! 🚀⚠️

𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝟐 - 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐬. 🥘 ⁣
⁣
⁣
Having control over your nutrition is essential if your goal is to manipulate your body composition. 💪⁣
⁣
⁣
Lots of people talk about how healthy they’ve eating, how they’ve moved from 9 sugars in their tea to 3, how they’ve started to incorporate more veggies into their diet. ⁣
⁣
⁣
While both of these things are great, It’s still super important to have quantifiable data so that we can assess things and actually gauge if we are moving in the right direction. ⁣
⁣
⁣
^ 𝘞𝘌 𝘋𝘖 𝘛𝘏𝘐𝘚 𝘉𝘠 𝘔𝘖𝘕𝘐𝘛𝘖𝘙𝘐𝘕𝘎 𝘛𝘏𝘌𝘚𝘌 𝟺 𝘛𝘏𝘐𝘕𝘎𝘚. ⁣
⁣
⁣
Usually, what people think they do & what they actually do are two separate realities. ⁣
⁣
⁣
“I don’t know how I’ve put on 2 stone in the last year!! I don’t even eat that much”. ⁣
⁣
⁣
^ But when you run the numbers You can clearly see that they’ve been consuming on average 3000 cal per day, 500 calories over their maintenance. ⁣
⁣
⁣
“I reckon I eat lots of protein, I’m never done eating chicken” ⁣
⁣
⁣
^ But when you run the numbers you can clearly see he’s been consuming on average 50g per day, Not optimal in relation to his current goal. ⁣
⁣
⁣
The problem is that most people are guessing at their fitness related goals. ⁣
⁣

𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝟏 - 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝗪𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 ⁣
⁣
First off - Check my infographic skills boys and girls. ⁣
⁣
Secondly - Regardless of what a coach, a person of influence, really anybody told you in the past, scale weight is important in order to assess body composition changes. ⁣
⁣
To throw it out as a metric completely is just.. well fu***ng stupid. ⁣
⁣
Heres how you do it right, here’s how we do it at Clear Coaching.⁣
👇🏻👇🏻⚠️⁣
⁣
WRONG WAY ⁣
Weighing once per week. ⁣
⁣
RIGHT WAY ⁣
Multiple weigh ins per week. ⁣
⁣
WHY? ⁣
Because, well.. weight can fluctuate for a lots of reasons which I don’t need to get into here. Weighing 3-4 times per week will give you an average and out of that will come a more accurate metric. ⁣
⁣
WRONG WAY⁣
Paying attention to day2day weigh ins. ⁣
⁣
RIGHT WAY ⁣
Paying attention to long term trends. ⁣
⁣
WHY? ⁣
Again, weight fluctuates! It’s much more important how your doing relative to your goal 3 months from now than it is tomorrow! ⁣
⁣
WRONG WAY ⁣
Getting weighed in your mums room, then your room with your d**k out, then the Chemist, then your grannies kitchen with your trainers on. ⁣
⁣
RIGHT WAY ⁣
Keep conditions the same - EVERYTIME! ⁣
⁣
WHY⁣
Even know it’s never 100% accurate, we want to give ourselves to best chance at a reliable metric. So set those scales in your room, take your dressing gown off, don’t drink anything and get on the scales - AND REPEAT TOMORROW! ⁣
⁣
It’s not rocket science!
