Over the next few weeks I will be looking for 2 people (1 male and 1 female) who are looking to make some changes to their fitness and lifestyle. This will be free of charge 😍
All that I ask is that we record before, progress and result of the plan and workout regime that put in place 😁
This will be online based coaching with some outdoors face 2 face work.

Pushed a little harder compared to yesterday, managed to bring my average down again and push for the extra half KM 🔥

Is a Calorie deficit the only way to burn fat?
Short answer: Yes
Unfortunatley there are no short cuts that will burn fat in a sustainable manner
or magic weighloss/fat burning tablets (that you see on Facebook buy and sell sites) that will make you lose fat
A sustainable diet, hard work and burning more than you consume, is the way to go!
This doesn't mean that you have to go to the gym and burn 2000 calories! A large portion of calories are burned doing your day to day routine
