A couple of weeks ago, we finally got to hold our end-of-term celebration, which had originally been planned for June but unfortunately had to be postponed due to the local unrest.

We were worried that, after the delay, the evening might not feel quite as special. Thankfully, we needn't have worried. It turned out to be a wonderful night of celebration, achievement and community.

We were honoured to welcome Irish Language Commissioner Pól Deeds, who presented our learners with their Cúpla Focal, Fáinne Airgid and Fáinne Óir awards. These awards represent months, and in many cases years, of commitment, hard work and enthusiasm for learning Irish.

A huge congratulations to all our learners who received awards. We are incredibly proud of what you have achieved and grateful to everyone who joined us to celebrate.

Now we're looking forward to welcoming everyone back for a new term next week, with classes beginning once again and more opportunities to learn, connect and enjoy the Irish language together.

Go raibh maith agaibh go léir as an oíche iontach. Here's to another year of learning, friendship and Gaeilge!
