The hardest part isn’t achieving the goal… it’s taking that first step.

There will be good days, bad days, setbacks and moments when you feel like giving up. But remember why you started. ❤️

From his very first class to achieving his Green Belt, Conan has shown what can be achieved through dedication, hard work, and perseverance.

But what makes Conan truly stand out isn’t just the belt around his waist—it’s the confidence he’s built along the way. Watching him grow into a confident, respectful, and encouraging young martial artist has been incredible.

One of Conan’s greatest qualities is how he always makes new students feel welcome. He understands what it’s like to be the new person, and he’s always there with a smile, helping others settle in and feel part of the team.

🥋🖤 FROM TWO TALENTED KIDS TO JUNIOR BLACK BELTS… 🖤🥋

What more can I say about these two boys? Evan and Jack are two of the most talented young students I have ever had the pleasure of teaching in Ju-Jitsu. ❤️

They have put in so much hard work, dedication and determination, and now they are just 3 WEEKS AWAY from attempting their Junior Black Belt! 🥋🖤

Watching them develop, improve and push themselves has been amazing to see. They should both be incredibly proud of how far they have come. 👏🔥

I want to wish Evan and Jack the very best of luck for their grading. Keep working hard, believe in yourselves and give it everything you’ve got! 💪🥋
