Prep 6 pupils returned to Food & Nutrition for their second practical lesson, where they learned how to make healthy and delicious overnight oats.

Working in pairs, the pupils carefully measured and prepared their ingredients. They explored the importance of nutrition and discovered how simple ingredients can be combined to create a balanced and tasty breakfast option. Best of all, they were able to take their overnight oats home to enjoy the following morning, putting their new skills into practice beyond the classroom.
