Here we go for anyone looking their kids in boxing this summer we are are holding our summer scheme from Monday 8th - Thursday 11th of july this is on a first come basis please put your name under the post.

Boxing 'N' bars:
A training programme for kids ages 5 - 16 with boxing and calisthenics.
This will run 3 days per week (4-9 at 4pm, 10-14 at 5pm every Monday Wednesday and Friday). It will run in 4 week courses at a set price. For more info or questions just send through a PM.

Any parents out there wanting to get their kids involved in boxing, the club will be starting its new training season Monday 3rd September.

Age groups
Junior squad - 6-10 years of age
Competition boxers - 11+

Club time table will be posted by the end of the week.

Bar Power Fitness Belfast

*** BOXING AND BARZ ***

Some really good news.

After the successful camp last week and the new found love for the bars at Bar Power Fitness Belfast from the kids, we have one more camp on before the end of summer.

This will be a boxing and callisthenics camp.

Callisthenics is body weight exercises and it’s the most fun way to building strength. This combined with the boxing, races, sparring and many more was hitting all areas and improving the health and fitness of all the kids.

Ages from 4 - 14

27th - 31st August.

Boxers and fully fledged coaches in 3 days.
This is easy 🤨 lol

Another new skill for kids to learn before the school year starts.

Kids Summer Golf School. Starts Monday 13th August @ 9am. 3 Hours lessons per day with PGA Professional. Finishes Friday 17th August. Light refreshments will be provided. Names and deposits can be taken @ cliftonville golf shop.

Day 2 was another success.
Thanks to Metartec Ltd and Kolormaster Belfast for supplying the t-shirts they're looking well.
Plenty going on with the younger group and the older group working on some strength work with Bar Power Fitness Belfast.
