Because circus isn’t just about what happens in the air.
It’s about what happens when someone realises they are capable of more than they ever thought possible.

Helping children from low-income families access regular aerial classes through free and subsidised places.
🪽 Community Youth Outreach
Taking aerial workshops into youth clubs and creating opportunities for young people who may not otherwise have access to circus.
🪽 Home Education PE
Providing structured daytime aerial and fitness sessions where homeschooled children can exercise, learn new skills and build friendships.
🪽 Inclusive & Accessible Aerial
Investing in specialist equipment and adaptations so that people with disabilities can experience aerial circus too.
🪽 Instructor Development
Training the next generation of gold standard instructors to deliver safe, inclusive and accessible programmes for underserved communities.

✨ SEPTEMBER AT PHOENIX AERIAL CIRCUS SCHOOL✨

September is bringing some exciting additions to the Phoenix timetable, and we have spaces across the board for new adult and kids students.

Whether you’ve always wanted to try aerial, you’re looking for something completely different from your usual workout, or you’re simply ready to do something that makes you feel amazing…
come and give it a go.

🔥 NEW — Adult aerial Hoop & Sling
Tuesday • 6:30pm
A fun mix of aerial hoop and sling, giving you the chance to explore two apparatuses in one class.

💪 NEW — Aerial Strength Lab
Wednesday • 5:45pm
Build the strength, mobility, flexibility, grip and control that make aerial skills possible — whether you’re completely new or already flying.

✨ NEW — Teens Mixed Aerial
Thursday • 6pm
Aerial hoop AND silks for ages 12+ — perfect for teens who want to explore more than one discipline.

And of course, our existing classes continue throughout the week, including hoop, silks, straps, trapeze, kids aerial, open gym and more.

The best part?
You don't need to be strong.
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need any previous experience.
You just need to be willing to try something new 🎪

Yoga sessions are finally here at Phoenix aerial!
Join us for Two sessions per week with Louise Coward Yoga-

On Thursdays, 9:30am, we focus on mobility of the joints, and building strength.

On Fridays, 7pm, Louise will take you through a gentle slow flow sequence that will be just what you need after a busy week

Looking for something different to keep the kids entertained this summer?
Our Kids Summer Circus Sessions are back, and we can’t wait to welcome your little flyers!

Suitable for ages 6+

A morning packed full of:
🎪 Circus games & activities
⭕ Aerial hoop

Whether they dream of joining the circus or simply love trying something new, our sessions are designed to help children build confidence, learn exciting skills and create memories they’ll never forget.
