Updated Message to Customers

I wanted to let you know that, unfortunately, I’ve been left without major care support for my daughter due to one carer resigning at short notice and another going on long‑term sick leave. As a full‑time carer for Els, my responsibilities can be unpredictable, and although I always try my hardest to meet timeframes, sometimes circumstances are out of my control.

I sincerely apologise for any delays in orders. Most pad orders have already been made and printed — they just need to be popped and packed. Please bear with me as I navigate this difficult period. Everything will be completed as soon as possible.
