Multi functional gym space, kids and family kickboxing and karate clases, competitive sparring, ladies only sessions, conditioning and fitness classes. The space is available to hire for personal training and classes, rent the room and equipment for your own work out.

Amazing work from the girls last weekend at the WKU Scottish championships.

Erin making some great progress, really finding herself in her points section taking a very experienced girl into extra time and getting pipped at the post by just one point.

Katie as always dominating all her sections fighting hard while frustratingly other girls running the mat and away from Katie; also taking 2nd place in the grand championships with a close point for point fight.

Well done girls.

Busy weekend refereeing for the boys this weekend.

We had our ladies team away at the WKO British championships this weekend.
Fantastic job done by both girls.
This was Erin’s first outing, taking away 2 silver medals and fighting two very experienced fighters. She took everything in her stride and just got on with the job.
Not only was Katie outstanding on the mats but she was a fantastic mentor to Erin both on and off the mats.
Katie showed great skill winning all her fights bringing away two more British titles to her ever growing collection; oh and she got to sit ringside and watch me work.
Awesome work girls. Well done.
