Congratulations to all of our Year 12 cohort who have had an excellent first year in their A level studies! Our end of year awards were handed out today along with a quiz and other prizes, recognising their contributions to our school community. Keep up the great work next year!🌟

One of our wonderful sixth formers represented England in the Orange Cup, an international championships of Lifesaving in the Netherlands last week. England came third overall, with James placing 6th individually overall.

Our Year 12 chemistry students had an inspiring visit to Newcastle University! 🧪✨ They explored the science behind NMR spectroscopy through a university lecture, before getting hands-on in the lab, creating their own ester and analysing their purity using IR spectroscopy. It was a fantastic opportunity to experience real-world science in action! 👩‍🔬👨‍🔬
