Hollie started with me at the beginning of March this year with a goal of fat loss and increasing strength through weights and resistance training.
Hollie stuck to her programme, progressively increased her weights and nailed her nutrition by tracking and monitoring the calorie and macros allowance that I gave her.
In 12 weeks, Hollie gained strength, confidence and lost weight.
With an impressive 6kg weight loss and reduced BMI, Body Fat and Visceral Fat %, she has smashed her goal and continues to strength train now on her own.
"When I first had the thought to hire a PT it was to loose weight for an event I have coming up. I have struggled with my weight for years after suffering a knee injury and not knowing my limits on how much to safety push it.
I sat down with Tiff and she straight away settled my nerves, making a plan that didnt overload my knee, and giving the tools and knowledge I would need to increase my metabolic rate, and achieve my goal to drop fat.
In the 12 weeks of my programme, it has been a lifestyle adjustment, having become one of "those people" that works out in the morning before work, (NEVER thought that would be me) to tracking macros and prioritising protein in every meal.
I feel so much more consistent in my energy levels, no longer getting quick boosts from carbs, and finding day to day task less challenging as I strengthen my body.
You'll now find my in the gym, using equipment, lifting weights, no longer intimidated by it all.

Another amazing client of mine!
Jade contacted me in January to ask if I could help her with strength and mobility training as she had just secured a place in the Manchester Marathon.
Jade started running last year and completed her first Half Marathon in the Autumn and after getting the bug, applied for her first Marathon place.
Jade used a running training plan alongside our weekly sessions and over the course of the 15 weeks, made such great progress that she smashed her run with a fantastic debut time of 5:21!
No injuries, no niggles, just the usual post run fatigue and muscle tightness.
10 days on and she's already focusing on her next block of sessions with me where she wants to focus more on the strength training, but will continue to run 🏃♀️
Well done Jade, you're officially a Marathon runner 👏

Client Shelley had her last session with me this morning and has achieved some incredible results over the last 12 weeks.
Shelley committed to her new lifestyle, not only by being consistent with her training but also with her nutrition. She listened, she learned and watching her grow in confidence and achieve the results that she spoke about in her consultation back in January, has been a pleasure to watch.

Muscle definition coming through nicely and strength has cardio efficiency has increased.
Her personality is incredible, she brought energy and smiles to every session. I'm going to miss training her but am so looking forward to watching her grow on her own at Simply Gym Bedford

So that's a wrap for Boxercise Bootcamp until January now!
Thank you to all my amazing ladies who have kept this group running for 5 years now. You are an amazing group of women who have created the best team ❤️
Have a wonderful Christmas and I look forward to seeing you for our first session back on Thursday 8th January 2026.
And to all my PT clients, this year has been an amazing journey for me, from Fitmess Instructor to Personal Trainer.
Thank you to all of you, those who have finished their sessions or are currently working with me, you are all incredible and its been an absolute pleasure to train you all.
