Join us Bright Emotions CIC & Healthy Roots for a nurturing 1-hour session where you and your child will plant vegetable seeds and explore what it means to care — for your plants, and for yourselves.

Together, you’ll:
🌿Plant your own take-home veg pots
🌿Learn how to care for plants (and why it’s just like self-care!)
🌿Connect through nature, nurture and play
🌿Leave with everything you need to keep growing — inside and out
