Are you a qualified teacher with experience supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?
We are seeking passionate, creative, and highly skilled tutors who believe that every learner deserves an education tailored to their unique strengths and needs.
This is not traditional classroom teaching. You'll work closely with pupils who may be out of school, awaiting specialist placements, or requiring personalised support to help them thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
We're looking for professionals who:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have proven SEND experience
• Can build positive, trusting relationships with learners
• Adapt lessons to individual learning styles and EHCP outcomes
• Are confident working independently and creatively
Experience with autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, or complex learning difficulties is highly desirable.
In return, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference, work flexibly, and help transform educational outcomes for young people who need it most.
If you're an outstanding SEND practitioner who sees potential in all, we'd love to hear from you. See lessA
