π What an amazing term it has been! π
We have had such a busy and exciting few weeks at preschool, filled with learning, creativity, and lots of fun!
We started the term celebrating Chinese New Year, learning about traditions and exploring different cultures. π§§
From there, we went on a wild adventure discovering jungle animals ππ
and all the wonderful creatures that live there.
For World Book Day, we brought stories to life with βWeβre Going on a Bear Huntβ β the children absolutely loved joining in the adventure! ππ»
We also took time to celebrate some very special occasions, including Motherβs Day, where the children created lovely surprises for their mums π.
We have learned all about doctors and how they help us π©ββοΈπ¨ββοΈ.
Our celebrations continued with St Patrickβs Day, Global Recycling Day, Eid, and Oral Health Day, helping the children learn about the world around them and how to take care of themselves and our planet πβ»οΈπ¦·.

We canβt believe the first half of the Spring term has already come to an end! π±
Over the past few weeks, the children have been busy exploring and learning through a range of exciting activities. We began by learning all about winter, cold weather, and seasonal changes, with lots of hands-on activities to support learning through play.
We then explored animals and the Antarctic, learning about animals that live in cold environments. This was followed by learning about dark and light, night and day, helping the children understand daily routines and changes in the world around them.
After that, we explored the Winter Olympics, where the children took part in fun, active activities, working together as a team and showing lots of enthusiasm.
Alongside our topic work, we also focused on wellbeing and feelings, supporting the children to recognise emotions, talk about how they feel, and show kindness and care towards one another.
We finished the term on a lovely note by learning all about love and friendship for Valentineβs Day, celebrating kindness, sharing, and caring for our friends β€οΈ
Thank you to all our families for your continued support. We wish everyone a happy and relaxing half term! π
