🎓 GCSE Results Day is almost here! 🌟

A quick reminder for all our amazing Year 11 students: you can collect your results this Thursday, 20th August, between 9:00 - 10:00 AM.

You have all worked so hard to reach this point, and we could not be prouder of each and every one of you. No matter what your next steps look like, our staff will be on hand to celebrate your successes, offer guidance and support you every step of the way.

Library Celebrations! 📚🎉

Huge congratulations to our 400-point book reward winners, who all took home a brand-new free book! 📖✨

We also hosted a special celebration lunch in the library to say a massive thank you to our incredible Library Assistants. Whether they are putting covers on books, tidying the shelves, barcoding, the library simply wouldn’t be the same without all 53 of them!

Mrs. Pickering, our wonderful school librarian, put on a fantastic spread of food and gifts to show just how much their hard work is appreciated. Thank you all for everything you do! 🙌🥳

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Kempston Academy is partnering with Camps International to offer our upcoming Year 9 and 10 students an incredible 4-week expedition to Cambodia in Summer 2028! Our students will have the chance to:
-Support sustainable community and conservation projects
-Explore ancient temples and historic cities
-Trek through the beautiful Kulen Mountain National Park

The students on the Newquay residential had fab day at Great Western beach today body boarding, surfing and then a trip into town for souvenirs before dinner 🏄🏻‍♀️☀️

We have had a great day at Swanpool; body boarding this morning, and then adrenaline fuelled coasteering this afternoon. Appetites were then satisfied with a bbq on the beach 🤤. Those were some biiiiiiig waves 🌊💪🏻

A fantastic effort by the year 8 girls in the district finals of the rounders league yesterday. They were unbeaten so far in the league and semi finals, and through to the finals vs Sandy. After a superb effort from all the girls they were unfortunately a few rounders short after the second innings, so have come second in the district. As always, superb effort and comradery shown amongst the girls 🥈⚾

A huge thank you to Katie Ross for delivering such a beautiful and inspiring lyrical dance workshop today.

Our dancers loved every minute, learned so much, and were challenged to develop both their technique and artistry. Thank you for sharing your passion, knowledge, and creativity with us it was a fantastic experience for everyone!
