I work with visionary leaders & coaches who do world work & haven't found their sweet spot yet.

I’m quietly opening the door to something I’m building with care.

This women’s circle isn’t about networking, fixing, or spiritual performance.
It’s about relationship — with ourselves and with one another.

I’m creating a container that’s intentional, grounded and nourishing.
A space held with presence, preparation and integrity — where women can land, be real, and feel supported.

This isn’t for everyone.
It’s for women who understand that meaningful connection requires:

* commitment
* reciprocity
* and valuing the space that holds us

If you feel a calm yes rather than a question mark, you’re likely aligned.
And if not, that’s okay too.

I’m not building something big.
I’m building something true.

If you’d like to know more, you’re welcome to message me.

Some days are just… a lot.
Nothing dramatic.
Nothing “wrong.”

Just a series of small moments that quietly ask more of us than we have to give.
Different energy levels with people we care about.

Conversations shaped by very different values.
A sensible “no” that’s clean and clear — and still lands tenderly.

Social media can make it seem like we’re meant to be buoyant, expansive, and aligned all the time. We’re not.

Sometimes the work is quieter:
✨noticing when you’re tired instead of pushing
through
✨letting differences exist without fixing or
explaining
✨honouring your own pace
✨choosing self-respect over staying agreeable

Today wasn’t shiny.
But it was real.

And real feels like a much kinder place to land.

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Where might you be allowed to soften today — rather than push yourself to be “up”?

What a gift on a walk earlier with my husband – I saw my first 🦦 otter.
If you look closely, you can see its mate hidden in the tree branch.

What struck me most was the symmetry of the moment:
I saw the first otter immediately, while he noticed its mate first.
Two perspectives. One moment. One shared experience.

Otter energy arrives as a reminder of playfulness and joy.
But at a deeper level, it speaks of sharing the bounty of love, rather than hoarding it.
Of trusting there is enough.

Imagine a world where people come together to honour the right of each person simply to be.
That, to me, is a true expression of unity consciousness.

Playfulness is not frivolous.
It’s a way of loosening control so life can unfold.
It’s how we step out of force and into flow.

As we walked, it felt like we were gently entering the river of life itself –
not swimming against the current, not directing the water,
but allowing ourselves to be carried.

This is the essence of balanced feminine, receptive energy:
receiving what is offered,
activating presence and awareness,
and integrating the experience into how we live.

This is also the frequency I’m working with in my 2026 colour predictions –sharing how to align with higher vibration, coherence, and conscious choice so we meet change with trust rather than resistance.

The Fire Horse year asks us to move.
The Wheel of Fortune asks us to trust the turning.

And moments like this remind us that when we do, life often reveals more than we expected –
sometimes even a hidden companion in the branches.

If this way of seeing resonates, you’re already speaking the language of the work I’m offering.

✨ Receive.
🔥 Activate.

“✨✨𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘂𝘀 (words from Zachary Fisher)

I want to say this plainly, without mystique or hierarchy, because a lot of people get tripped up here.

There is no ladder where some humans are “5D” and others are stuck in “3D.” There is no finish line where you graduate into permanent peace, abundance, and effortlessness. And there is no version of awakening that removes you from being human.
What people often call 3D, 4D, and 5D are not dimensions you move into. They are ways of relating to reality that can show up in the same day, sometimes in the same hour.

The so-called “3D state” is simply survival consciousness. It’s where identity is built around protection, comparison, fear, control, status, and external validation. This isn’t bad or wrong. It’s what humans develop when they need to stay safe, be accepted, and make sense of a chaotic world. Most of us lived here for a long time because we had to.

What gets labeled “4D” is the uncomfortable middle. This is the questioning phase. Old beliefs start cracking, but new ones aren’t solid yet. You see through systems, narratives, and conditioning, but you don’t fully know what replaces them. This is where confusion, frustration, spiritual ego, obsession with “truth,” and emotional swings often show up. It’s not a higher state. It’s a transition state. It can be messy, humbling, and lonely.

What people call “5D” isn’t floating above life in constant bliss. It’s grounded integration. It’s when you stop fighting reality and start relating to it honestly. You still feel anger, grief, desire, and fear, but they no longer run the whole system. Compassion becomes natural, not performative. Service isn’t about saving others, it’s about being clean in your own presence. Purpose isn’t grandiose, it’s embodied in how you treat people, how you show up, and how you tell the truth.

Here’s the part many don’t want to hear.
Awakening doesn’t make life effortless. It makes it more real. You become more sensitive, more responsible, more aware of your impact. You can’t hide behind victimhood, bypass pain with positivity, or pretend love means avoiding conflict. Growth requires effort. Healing requires honesty. Integration requires patience.
There is no permanent “high frequency” where nothing hard touches you. There is only increasing capacity to stay present when life does.

The real shift isn’t ascension. It’s integration through embodiment.

It’s moving from unconscious reaction to conscious choice. From outsourcing authority to owning your inner compass. From needing labels and identities to trusting direct experience. From seeking escape to learning how to be here, fully, without armor.
If you feel like you’re going backward sometimes, you’re not. You’re likely touching deeper layers. If you feel tired, disillusioned, or less enchanted by spiritual language, that’s often a sign of maturity, not failure.

Truth doesn’t inflate the ego. It humbles it. Real growth doesn’t separate you from others. It brings you closer. And awakening isn’t about leaving this world behind…it’s about finally arriving in it.”

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀

Yesterday morning, I did something different. I won my first pot on Sunday—a 2k race in a double—and instead of rushing through my usual routine, I stopped. I made my tea mindfully, pouring it into that cup with intention, giving thanks for what had happened, savouring the moment.

This is what abundance actually looks like.

Not the hustle. Not the grind. Not the endless rhythm of live-to-work that so many are trapped in. But this: a quiet morning, a warm cup, a moment of gratitude for something real.

We spend so much time chasing the next thing that we forget to taste the victories we’ve already earned. We’re so focused on surviving that we forget we’re meant to be alive.

I look forward to every time I take a moment to recapture that win. The real trophy was yesterday morning—the decision to pause, to acknowledge, to feel it. To let joy land instead of immediately moving on to what’s next.

This is the shift from scarcity to abundance.. From collecting achievements to experiencing them.

What would change if you let yourself savour your wins? If you created rituals around gratitude instead of just grinding toward the next goal?

Maybe abundance isn’t about having more. Maybe it’s about being present enough to feel what we already have.

𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗽! 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Eight months ago, after my time at Bedford Rowing Club came to an end, Star Rowing Club welcomed me with open arms. Although I raced in the regatta season with a few crews, I didn’t cover myself in glory.

Then I found Janet, a wonderful coach who asked me to go out in a double. She encouraged me, and slowly, over a few months, I improved. In the summer, I got an opportunity to row in a mixed double. It was such fun, and Pav—who is so strong and so humble—was a joy to row with. We worked hard.

Today it all paid off at the Star Head of the River. We won our open category, completing our 2k in 8 minutes 19 seconds.

I am so happy and grateful for this moment.

𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

The best connections aren’t the ones you chase. I almost reached out to someone today about literary agent contacts. Then I paused—something felt off about the energy there.
Within hours, I saw a post from someone I genuinely connect with, writing about the exact same theme as my book. Real synchronicity.

Then my dear friend Dale Darley MBA came to mind—someone who’s helped countless authors bring their books into the world, and someone I’ve been meaning to reconnect with anyway.

Here’s the learning: When we stop pushing against closed doors, the open ones become visible.

Abundance isn’t about forcing connections or convincing people who aren’t aligned with our work. It’s about recognising that there are always other paths—often better ones—waiting for us when we’re willing to notice them.

The right agents, the right collaborators, the right supporters are out there. Sometimes we just need to stop looking in the direction that feels heavy and turn towards what feels alive.
Catching up with Dale is long overdue anyway. That’s how abundance works—it often looks like remembering who’s already in our corner.

What doors have opened for you when you stopped pushing against the closed ones?
