We had a lovely day at the teddy bear picnic organised by Bedford borough council 🐻

The children had lots of activities to do..

🐻 Digging in the mud
🐻 A teddy bear hunt
🐻 Bug hunting
🐻 Music and dancing
🐻 Story time
🐻 Badge making

We even got to see a bearded dragon, giant African snail and a tarantulas shedding.

The police even made an appearance 👮

Today we made some flower potions with some beautiful flowers I have had this week 🌺

Our tiny caterpillars have grown to now starting their Chrysalis stage 🐛

The children are super excited to see this transformation and we cannot wait to put them in their new home 💚

Our theme for May is 🐛 & 🦋

Today our baby caterpillars arrived and we will be watching them turn into beautiful butterflies over the next few months 🌈
