You’re not ‘lazy’. You’re not ‘weak’. Self-sabotage is often just fear in disguise. The fear of change. The fear of failing. The fear of finally becoming the version of you that you’ve always dreamed of:
🤍 Identify your triggers (tiredness, fear, stress).
🤍 Journal your “why” when motivation fades.
🤍 Replace “I failed” with “I learned.”

Some days I’m zen and glowy. Other days I’ve yelled at the kettle, cried over a lost sock, and eaten half a loaf of bread. Progress, not perfection. 💁♀️
These are my "go-to" tips to kill the funk, have less guilt, more consistency, and a stronger mindset:
🤍Reflect weekly on what worked, not just what didn’t.
🤍Use humour to reframe hard moments.
🤍Know that healing isn't linear.
🤍Remember: we are not designed to be perfect!

I used to wake up tired. Drag myself through the day. Wonder if this was just ‘getting older’. It wasn’t. I still have days when fatigue hits but once I started listening to my body and nourishing it, everything shifted. You deserve energy that lasts! 💗
Persistent fatigue in midlife is often linked to hormonal fluctuations (especially cortisol and estrogen), poor mitochondrial function, and chronic inflammation.
Some top tips for battling these changes are:
🤍Eat protein at every meal to support blood sugar and energy stability.
🤍Support mitochondria with nutrients like B vitamins, CoQ10, and magnesium (found in leafy greens, nuts, and seeds).
🤍Prioritise sleep hygiene: cool room, no screens 1 hr before bed, consistent routine.

Feeling foggy? Brain fog isn’t just in your head – it’s often a sign your blood sugar, hormones, or sleep are out of sync. Want a clearer mind? Start with balanced meals, sleep hygiene, hydration, and real rest. 🧠✨
Top tips for reducing brain fog, feeling more in control, and reducing anxiety are:
🤍Take magnesium & up your leafy greens to calm your nervous system.
🤍Schedule in breathing space—literally block off time for rest.
🤍Exercise - even a 10 minute stroll
🤍Reduce caffeine & alcohol (sorry!!)

There was a time I felt totally lost... not just tired, but bone-deep exhausted — emotionally and physically. If you’re there now, I see you. I’ve been you. And I promise, small steps can lead to big shifts. ❤️
As my fabulous Numerology Coach Joanna Soley says: "eat the elephant with a teaspoon". It's important to set your goals, but when you are on the floor, it all seems so unachievable. Start with manageable steps like drinking 2L of water a day, a good bedtime routine, and reducing sugar to avoid the crashes. You will soon start to have more energy and motivation to focus on deeper emotional & physical changes 💗
