We attended the Teddy Bears Picnic, a wonderful free event organised for early years children and educators with beds bough The children had a fantastic day .
The children enjoyed listening to stories, joining in with music sessions, meeting animals, taking part in collaborative art activities, and exploring forest school experiences. They also had opportunities to develop their physical skills through obstacle courses,. Seeing the police car was particularly exciting and encouraged conversations about people who help us in our community
The children thoroughly enjoyed the day and returned home with lots of stories to share .

Also they loved making ladybird pictures at group , and model making play dough into ladybirds .

This week we celebrated world bee day with crafts . The children asked to play dentists as they all love this .

Also we did Spaghetti Scissor good fine motor activity using spaghetti
and scissors!
This hands-on experience encouraged the children to safely practise their cutting skills in a playful and sensory-rich way.
As they explored cutting the slippery spaghetti, the children developed their hand strength, coordination, and control.
They showed great focus and perseverance while learning how to hold and use scissors correctly, building confidence with each snip!
This activity also sparked lots of language, with the children describing how the spaghetti felt and what they were doing, supporting their communication skills.
