Little Berries

This week these amazing women made such a fuss of me at a farewell picnic. Cheering my name as I walked round the corner - I was so overwhelmed. And so spoilt!!!! 😝

They are an amazing bunch of childminders and they have been so supportive during my time as a childminder, along with being some of my number one supporters moving into my next career.

It’s really hard to be a lone worker, so it’s always vital to find good childminding friends to work along side with… And I definitely found some of the best!

I am going to miss the children and their families dearly. It’s not only myself who builds strong bonds with the children but also my family too, especially my two girls. They have both been absolutely amazing throughout; and have loved having children in the house. They are definitely little mother hens!!

But now, Sadly Little Berries Childminding has officially come to an end and I cannot wait to start my new adventures in Midwifery 💜

You will never understand how much of a bond we build with our little childminding children unless you are a childminder yourself... they literally become apart of your family.

Over the last couple of weeks we’ve been trying to create some lasting memories due to the setting closing.

I really do hope I’m not forgotten… so to help with that, with the help of friends, we’ve been snapping some photos so the children don’t forget who they kept on their toes through some of their early years life!!! 😆

If you’ve not been to Stanwick Lakes, it’s definitely worth a visit. Not local, it’s about 25mins away. But there is so much to do with the children.
