As the team here at Your Excellency HQ prepare to welcome our July Cohort of learners to our flagship Programme, The Mini MBA, Josh and Lindsay found themselves having an interesting conversation over coffee.

"What actually makes the ideal Mini MBA candidate?"

Surprisingly, it wasn't someone with an MBA already. It wasn't someone who's read every business book going. And it definitely wasn't someone who already knows everything (if such a person even exists!).

What they agreed on was much simpler.

The ideal candidate is someone who wants to become even more valuable to their Executive, their organisation and their own career.

So...how many of these sound like you?

You want to improve your strategic know-how.
You don't just want to organise your Executive's diary. You want to understand why they're prioritising certain meetings, what they're trying to achieve, and how you can anticipate what's coming next.

You want to think like your Executive and leader, not just support them.

You've ever sat in a meeting thinking...
"Everyone seems to understand what 'EBITDA', 'market share' or 'commercial strategy' means...I wish I had a bit more confidence joining that conversation."

You're not alone.

You'd love to contribute more.
