What a magical experience- watching the chicks the children hatched, growing each day as the children grow too. The children put the eggs into the incubator, watched them hatch, named them, cared for them, watched as feathers grew- and now they have little feathery friends they can cuddle and care for 🐣

We love meeting the creatures who live at Wood End Adventures. This little guy comes to visit us quite often. We took him over to the pond for a dip. The children were so excited to see him take a leap into the water 🐸

Without doubt my proudest moment of Wood End Adventures. A leaving gift from one of my little School leavers who asked for a sign saying “The happiest place in the UNIVERSE” for me to display- because to him, that’s what this place is.
I always wanted to create an exciting place where little people could have freedom and space to explore and learn. Reading these words and knowing that this space is the happiest place - means the whole universe to me 🌎 ❤️

Sending twelve little ones off on their adventure to big school and I couldn’t be more proud. Being a part of children’s earliest learning is such a special thing, and I’m so thankful that my families have shared their children with me over the last year. Getting to know each child- learning their characters and allowing their confidence and skills to flourish, is just such a pleasure.
It’s with equal measures of sadness and excitement that I wave them off as they head off to great places!

Celebrating little bees! 🐝 We’ve been learning all about the amazing job bees do and why they are so important for our environment. Our wildflowers are covered in busy bees buzzing away, so we made our own bees too!

Picking bright red cherries 🍒 in the sunshine. The children have loved watching blossom turning slowly to delicious ripe cherries ready to collect and eat!

Our little chicks- getting bigger by the day! The children fell in love with the little eggs, watched as their tiny beaks popped through the shells, and now love the fluffy little chicks they have grown into!
Rocky, Shadow, Jeff, Elsa, Anna and Cool Guy are now part of our little family! 🐣 🐥
