Improv Changed My Life: 10 Ways It Will Make YOU Awesome Improvisation (short for improv) is a state of being and creating action without pre-planning. Commercially, improv is taught mainly as a comedic art-form, but really it can be applied to any spontaneous moment of sudden inventiveness that comes to mind, body, and spirit as an inspiration.

A two-hour non-performance workshop using theatre activities that allow people to connect, share stories and have fun.

• No need to be an extrovert.
• No need to be quick-witted or funny.
• Absolutely no performance experience is necessary.

The session will be run in a safe and supportive environment and is suitable for anyone 18 years plus.
