A huge congratulations to our Year 13 students on their fantastic results today.

Behind every grade is hard work, determination and perseverance, and we couldn't be prouder of what our Class of 2026 has achieved. We are delighted to see more students achieving the highest grades this year, alongside improvements in our overall pass rate and average point score.

From Taylor heading to Oxford University, to Lily and Zach securing places at the University of Nottingham, today marks the start of exciting new journeys for our students. Whether progressing to university, apprenticeships or employment, we wish them every success for the future.

Thank you to our dedicated staff, families and carers for their unwavering support, and most importantly, congratulations to every student receiving their results today.

Today, we welcomed into the world the newest member of the Sir John Leman Sixth Form. We are delighted to announce that the Air Fryer is now open for business, after being christened today, by none other than Joseph Aggreh and his chicken skewer. Please ensure you treat this Air Fryer with care and respect, by following the rules stated on the poster above. Special thanks to Callum Davies, our Head of finance, and the rest of the sixth form community, for helping to raise the funds. This day will indefinitely go down in history, and be remembered as the Air-Fryer Grand Opening day, rather than the day we went into lockdown six years ago. Thankyou again.
