This week, we have been focusing on Showing Mutual Respect - valuing one another, listening carefully, and treating everyone with kindness and consideration. At 2pm today, something truly incredible happened! 📚✨
Across the entire Reach2 Academy Trust, over 20,000 children and 3,500 staff all paused what they were doing and picked up a book to read together! Even our adventurers on the Farm Trip joined in 🐄📖
Together, we’ve made history by breaking a Reach2 record and have proudly earned a badge in our 11before11 passport! 🎉🏅

We’re so proud to share that our EYFS department has been successfully re‑accredited as part of the Healthy Smiles programme! 🦷✨
Passing with flying colours, the team at Suffolk Oral Health were incredibly impressed with the dedication shown—not only in our academic learning, but in how we support children to understand the importance of keeping themselves healthy and their smiles shiny. 😁
This achievement reflects the hard work, enthusiasm and commitment of our staff and children, alongside the fantastic support from our families, who help reinforce these healthy habits at home. 💙
Did you know that in England, around 1 in 4 children have tooth decay by the age of 5, and thousands of children still need teeth removed in hospital each year due to decay? This makes our work even more important in giving children the best possible start.
We’re delighted to continue promoting positive, lifelong habits and keeping those little smiles healthy and shining! ✨😁

We still have spaces available for our exciting FREE family workshop run by Realise Futures!

📚✨ Join us for a fun-filled, creative session themed around “The Gruffalo” – perfect for parents, grandparents or carers and their children.

🗓 Monday 29th June, 9:00–11:00am (for Nursery & Reception children)

During the workshop you can:
🎨 Take part in arts and crafts
📖 Share a story together
🎲 Play fun games
🦊 Create your own Gruffalo and props to take home

What a fantastic evening at the Sir John Leman High School Partnership Awards Ceremony! 🌟🎉
We were incredibly proud to see our children recognised and celebrated for their amazing achievements and resilience 👏💫. To make the night even more special, our school choir took the lead in the partnership performance 🎶, singing alongside other local primary schools and truly shining on stage 🌟.
A memorable evening for everyone involved! 💙
If your child received an award, we would love to see your photos 📸—please feel free to share them with us! Tomorrow in assembly, we will be celebrating all of our winners as they proudly show their medals and certificates 🏅📜.
