🌿✨ FOREST SOUND BATH ✨🌿
When: Friday 12th June
Where: Wildlings Forest School
Time: 10:30am -11:30am
You are warmly invited to a free introductory sound bath beneath the trees.
Together we’ll explore calming sounds in a relaxed forest setting, with space to slow down, rest, and simply be. Gentle tones from singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments will create a soft soundscape inspired by nature and stillness.
This is our first sound bath offering, shared with care, curiosity, and no expectation of perfection.
🌙 What to expect:
🌲 A calm outdoor woodland space
🎶 Gentle sounds and quiet moments
🤍 No pressure to participate in any particular way
🌿 A welcoming, beginner-friendly atmosphere
🧺 Please bring:
Blanket and mat • warm layers • water • anything that helps you feel comfortable
