The children loved taking part in the Muir Gala scavenger hunt today... so much so that they were inspired to make their own scavenger hunt!

They've chosen a word, decorated the letters, helped with the locations and clues... and now it's up to you!

So if you are looking for something to do in Beauly over the next few days, head to Morisons Ironmongers and get a free form.

I would advise bringing a pencil and clipboard.

This scavenger hunt has quite a lot of walking as you will see in the clues.

Hand your completed form back to Morison's by Monday the 27th of July and on Tuesday the 28th, we will pull out a winner! Prizes to be confirmed.

Hello all,

I have not taken this decision lightly as I know how much childcare is needed in this area... but for several reasons, I would like to return to working in a setting.

This will begin in August, but for the time being, I will still childmind half of the week and possibly during the school holidays.

I would like to encourage anyone who has thought about childminding to start that journey now. You really do help families out and it is a fun and flexible way to work around your own little dollies.

I can help anyone out who needs advice for setting up. And there is usually funding for setting up too. The following link should be helpful.

We visited the Highland Hospice last Friday to hand in the £124 we raised at our lemonade stall 🍋💛

We raised an amazing £81.63 at our lemonade stall today! We actually ran out of lemomade after half an hour, so poor Arran had to run to the shop for apple and mango juice! Thank you so much to everyone who supported us, we honestly didn't expect that many people! The kids had a great time and we are so chuffed that we could do this for the Highland Hospice 💛🍋

The children asked me if they could make and sell their own lemonade 🍋

So we have been very busy getting organised, working out the perfect recipe, handing out posters and of course, sampling their delicious product.

I asked them what charity they would like to donate to and they all agreed the Highland Hospice 💛
