After 15 years we held our final meeting of Little Dragons. Sad to say goodbye but we have been left with wonderful memories. All children on the register this year received a book about dragons presented to them and enjoyed the singing, the crafts, blowing out the candles on the dragon cake and enjoying their picnic boxes.
Valerie was thrilled with a card and flowers given to her by Skylar and Daliah and then another surprise when all the helpers received a bouquet of flowers with wine for George as a thank you gift from Father Robert.
We were pleased that James, Lara and Isabel came across at the end of school to have some birthday cake and to see us.
Thank you to all the parents, grandparents and most of all the children who have supported us over the years. You have all been a joy to know and left us with some lovely memories. Valerie, Carol, Nonna, Frances, George and Sandra.

We are looking forward to our party on Wednesday July 3rd from 2pm in the parish room when we will have our final meeting of Little Dragons. Please come along and help us celebrate fifteen years of Little Dragons. We will carry on a little later and if any ex Little Dragons would like to pop in for a piece of cake they would be most welcome. It would be helpful if you would message this page if you intend to come along.

Little Dragons met today fifteen years after we first started. We made windmills with Nonna and as there were not many children there today we enjoyed eating extra chocolate cake.

There will not be a meeting in June and sadly it is time to close the doors on Little Dragons. We will meet for the last time on Wednesday the 3rd July with a party and hopefully as many of you will come along. It has been a wonderful group with hundreds of children attending over the years. Please keep this date free and keep an eye on this page for further details. Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years.

Our next meeting in the parish room from 2-3pm is on Wednesday the lst of May. Although we are 15 years old in May I am postponing our birthday celebration until our July meeting. Carol who has been making teas for us since we started is having surgery and will not be with us. It would be a shame for her to miss the party so that is why it is postponed. We all wish her well for a speedy recovery.
We look forward to seeing you all on May the 1st.

We had a very happy meeting today and Jack told us how he is going to be three on Sunday. We sung happy birthday to him and then talked about their mothers before we made lovely daffodil wreaths for the children to give them.

We met this afternoon for the first time in 2024 and it was lovely to see everyone again as well as welcoming visitors. As well as our singing we talked about hedgehogs and made a hedgehog to take home. As usual the chocolate cake was enjoyed by everyone. Thank you Carol and Sandra for serving the refreshments each month.

We have very few children signed up to take part in our Crib Service this Saturday at 2.00 pm at the Church. If your child is able to take part please message this page as soon as possible. We are also looking for young readers.

Today was our Christmas party and everyone looked great in their festive outfits. After our singing, Father Robert gave out presents from the sack and before we had our party tea we stuck stickers on a nativity scene. We hope to see some of you at 1pm on Saturday 23rd if you would like to dress up for the Crib Service to be held at 2pm at the church. We will not meet in January so have a wonderful Christmas, from Valerie, Nonna, Frances, George, Carol and Sandra.

At our meeting today we had great fun singing our noisy song with the instruments and paraded around the church. By then we were ready for tea and chocolate cake. For our crafts we made poppy wreaths. We were thrilled to hear that last year Joey placed his wreath on the War Memorial at Bexhill and this year he will do the same.
